Yes, Wemark Properties ensures that all title deeds are clean and verifiable. We subdivide our sold lands and hand over legitimate and legally verified title deeds to our clients, ensuring a smooth and secure property transfer process.
All our projects have access to essential utilities like water, electricity, and sewer, or are located near them. While the utilities are accessible, the installation costs are covered by the clients.

Yes, Wemark Properties has a strong track record of successful projects. For our land projects, we have sold out several Malindi developments, including Jameela Gardens, Tabasamu Gardens, Solar City Malindi, Malindi Phase 1 Beach Plots, and Malindi Phase 2 Beach Plots. In terms of houses, we have reached Phase 2 of development for Paazuri Residence, with Phase 1 sold out. We are preparing for Phase 3, and plans for Phase 4, featuring apartments, are set for early 2028.
